Pros Image Quality with High-Def Signals, 16:9 Widescreen.
Cons Image Quality with Standard Interlaced Signals, Only One Hi-Scan Input.

Pros Audio, PIP, Ease of use, can be used as a center channel for home theater
Cons Fuzzy picture, not too compatible with progressive scan dvd, only one component input

Pros Good Pro-Scan Display, $500 rebate
Cons Only 1 HDTV input, why not two!! You are paying for the Sony name here.
