No picture after 3 months...SONY will not repair unless we present an original, letterhead, printed sales receipt from Best Buy On-Line...BB on-line does NOT provide such; we do have their e mail purchase confirmation and Credit Card receipt - BUT SONY will NOT accept these for Warranty repairs!!!!!!!!!!!!]
