Sony KV-36XBR250 36 inch TV

My 36" XBR WEGA exhibits video distortion in both thevertical and horizontal axis. Just watching ta stock ticker scroll across the screen can make you queasy. Yesterday I noticed that some left justified screen credits also exhibited this wave effect while scrolling vertically. It's a shame that Sony's otherwise superb reputation must suffer by releasing a product that pushes the envelope of technology too far. Also, watch for patches of "dark cloudiness" that extend the full height of the display about 5 inches in from either side. Maybe a 32" model works better, but if I could do it all over again, I'd shop around for anouther brand. I wasted alot of hard-earned money with this purchase, and I'd seriously take Sony up on an outright exchange. Does anyone know who to contact for this? END
