I bought the JB-920 solely for interfacing with a computer. I edit audio on a computer for radio stations and schools in the area. I can hook up the 920 to a computer using a PCLK link kit. Just plug one end into a serial port (mouse port) other into the deck, and install SONY's program, and you're ready to go.
Titling is a cinch, using the computer keyboard, and editing is a lot more user-friendly than the remote, or the faceplate buttons.
Sound quality is great with a >100db S/N ratio.
If you want a link kit, check out www.minidisc.org
I bought mine WITH the unit, but I have had NO LUCK finding another place that carries it!
