I bought this product because my freind had a Minidisc Player (not Sony, some other brand) and i though it was really cool how you could record your own songs onto something like that, so i saved up some money, and bought this one because it was in the price range.
It was very cool looking, and played very well, i ad some trouble a first figuring out how to perfectly record songs, but i got it down fairly soon.it's fairly dependable, and i have dropped it on numerous occasions, once onto cment, and it still works like the day i bought it. It has skipped on occasion, but it doesn't skip nearly as much as my CD player.
people who are interested in listening to the music they want when they want it at a reasonable price range. Which is basically everyone!!
