This was my first MD player and I was very excited to finally own one. The software that came with the player was very easy to use, drag and drop...pretty basic. What I didn't like was you were only able to copy a song 3 times onto MD. Once it was copied 3 times you weren't able to do it anymore. It's a copy protection function, but a VERY annoying one.

For anyone that just wants an MD player that plays MDs and nothing fancy this will do you justice. But for those that want more out of your MD player, this isn't for you.

It's very bulky, and the main button on the side will eventually stop working properly. After having it for a year it was impossible to change songs, I would hit forward and then it would either go back a few tracks, one track or go ahead 4 tracks. So I took it to where I purchased it and got the button replaced. My friend as well has the same MD player and had the same problem with the button.

It does drain the battery pretty good when you are recording an MD. So you be better off getting rechargables.

So if you want to just make MDs and nothing else...then this would be a good purchase, if you want anything more...this one isn't for you.
