Who would have thought that the Playstation 2 would still be around with new games coming to it? The Playstation 2 has the largest game selection of any of the current systems since it dates back twice as long and while the graphics are a little behind for the same reason you can't go wrong with the price.
Priced at a third of what XBOX and Playstation 3 are the PS2 has become a great value. There has been talk of the system being faded out for a while but every new game has come out on it as well.
If you are looking for your first gaming system then the PS2 is the way to go.
