Disappointed by Sony

At first glance, the unit looks nice and has lots of promising features
Cons
None of the promising featues work! unit freezes, vhs does not play well

Purchased this unit because it was a sony and expected a high quality item. From the begining, the unit was freezing on DVDs, would not eject dvd without unplugging unit, does not play VHS properly, no sound because of auto tracking problems. Do not buy!
