I totally recommend this VCR. Between the picture quality and how sturdy it's been built it is well worth the money!
I purchased the M11HF about a year ago and it's one of the best mid-range VHS decks I've seen. The build quality of the unit is sturdy and superb, Sony has great quality control with most of their products. The picture quality from recording is absolutely great even when recorded in EP mode, which is amazing considering most VCR's have horrible picture quality when recording in EP mode. As I stated above that the unit is a little noisy when rewinding but I find that to be a trait in all of Sony's fast rewinding VCRs. All in all this is a great VCR and is worth every penny. If you are interested in a good Sony VCR then you should look for this one on the Internet at a "like new" store. Sony doesn't make them like they used to!
