This Player was Really Built to Last for a Long Time!
Introduction
It was March 20, 2008 when I wrote this review and I remember we bought this VCR/DVD combo player in December 2002 for a Christmas gift at BEST BUY in Thousand Oaks, California for $225 and the Sony DVD player finally died!

Built to last, built for excellence
Many of the electronics in my apartment as of today are of the Sony brand and one thing I've come to expect is excellence. PURCHASED FROM BEST BUY ONLINE
Wanted a combo unit for space saving reasons. Best Buy online had this unit in stock for local pickup. Price was in the lower range of www.pricegrabber.com. The band name Sony was a trusted name from previous purchases.
Only problem so far is, the VHS tape tracking does not completely...
