It's amazing that it still operates considering it's been thrown on the floor (thank you, my son)! But, operate it does and it does it quite well. There aren't a whole lot of games that kids can play, but the graphics are incredible anyway. I absolutely LOVE this thing and wouldn't even choose another system.
