Beautiful picture....great TV

The Bottom Line:
This is a full 1080p HDTV for a very fair price. Picture quality is amazing and satin finish has quality construction. Awesome value!
First off, let me start by saying this is a full 1080p HDTV with 3 HDMI inputs. Most websites are listing this as 1080i and only 2 HDMI inputs. I suggest checking out the SOYO website, or BenchmarkReviews for full specs.
Now for my review.....
This was given to me as a birthday gift from my son. I already have a 37" LG that I moved to my bedroom when I put the SOYO in the living room. Personally, I'd never heard of SOYO before I got this TV, but my son, who's a computer guy told me that he's been using SOYO motherboards?(i think) for years and thinks they make quality products. And thats why he decided to go with this brand TV. Anyhow, this TV has a beautiful, sharp picture with no visible ghosting. Side to side, I was surprised to see that the SOYO picture was better than the LG. The tv is made for quality construction and is very sturdy. The screen is wrapped in a very nice satin black frame. I dont like the new, trendy high gloss frames that every manufacturer is using now, so this suited me perfectly. There are a total of three HDMI inputs in the back of the TV. And finally, the sound is far above average. I've heard many LCD tv's with horrible speakers and I've hear some with great sound. The speakers on this SOYO tv are loud and clear enough to use on their own, but I have my tv hooked up to a receiver & surround sound. All in all, I am very happy with this tv and I would definitely recommend any one looking for a 1080p 47" LCD to check it out.
