Spectra KT2350 DVD Player

Received this DVD player as a gift - it did not work, returned it to toys-r-us for a new one but still did not work-Called company they said send receipt - they said they were aware of many problems with it and never heard a thing-Called today and they said they prob. disregarded receipt because woman gave me wrong info that I have to send DVD player back to them at my expense to receive a lower grade model. Really not fair at all. Now I have no receipt to return it to toys-r-us and it will cost me prob. more than its worth to return and then still no guarantee of a decent product back to me. They even stopped making this one so I was told by the company. WONDER WHY??????? Buyers beware - bad product and even worse company to deal with!!!!!!!!!!!!!
