We bought these binos after shopping around a bit and trying several other types, Leicas etc.
The only complaint I hear is that the focus takes a few more turns to move from close in (about 8 feet) to infinity. We both have not found a problem with this.
They have a great ability to enhance light when looking under a bush or through leaves. (We use them for birding).
If you have the cash (credit) these are wonderful and worth the price
