Pros
All in one. I paid $258 which isn't bad.
Cons
NO S-Video inputs, NO RCA inputs on rear of unit.

Yes
The TV only has RF input and coaxial digital audio output on the back. There are RWY RCA inputs on the front, no S-video. Maybe some don't see a need for this but in my case of having DirecTV I have to use the RF input for connection if I don't want unsightly wires plugged into the front of the TV. DVD player works well, so far been unable to get my DirecTV remote to operate the TV so I only have one remote to keep up with. DVD audio seems to be low on all discs played, TV audio is normal.
