great picture - but lousy reception of 1080i NBC signals

Wonderful TV for the price
While the picture is not as sharp as a Sony Bravia, the price tag is a lot smaller. The television is very light, has a somewhat user friendly menu system, and has all of the basics you would desire. This Olevia (Syntax-Brillian) model 232V is not thin in comparison to other flat panel TVs. This is a big plus however, because the contour shape of the back panel allows for easy grip for handling in the event that this TV needs to be relocated. Working good for me.
I, too, stood in line at Kmart on Thanksgiving for this tv. Last year I had been watching, but didn't buy, the 532H model. The 532H is nearly 5 inches narrower than the 232V model.
