I, too, stood in line at Kmart on Thanksgiving for this tv. Last year I had been watching, but didn't buy, the 532H model. The 532H is nearly 5 inches narrower than the 232V model. I didn't know this when I bought the 232V model. Instead of cutting a hole in my entertainment center I had to go by a new one to accommodate the wider tv. Oh, well. Live and learn. I have not had the humming problem like a previous poster. Considering we had been stuck with a 13" set for a while (really sucks when trying to watch sports) I am in total love with this tv. The manual is on the included disc or you can down load a pdf version from Syntax's website. The color seems nice. I'm not an audiophile so a "purist" may recommend a different brand/model. If you a just an average tv watcher with out the budget to go high end, this will work for you.
