Great buy - Great Performance
I'm not one to blindly buy by brand name and so I am happy to see when the leading CONSUMER testing service and magazine REPORTS that there's diamonds in the bargain bin.

POOR CHOICE FOR 42" HDTV
I RECENTLY INSTALLED MY NEW OLEVIA 542i FROM BUYDIG.COM WITH GREAT ANTICIPATION. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. I COULD NOT GET A GOOD PICTURE SCREEN WITH THE HDMI CABLES AND MY ADULT ELECTRICIAN SON USED OTHER CABLES TO CONNECT THE TV TO THE DIRECTTV HD RECEIVER IN ORDER TO GET A FAIRLY DECENT SCREEN... Awesome, awesome, awesome, people remember it's not a sony. A MUST buy the extended warranty and seat back relax and enjoy your TV. do not buy
I purchased a 42 in. Syntax Olevia LCD in October. The picture is poor as there are streaks of light that run across the screen under dark viewing conditions (which is most of the time). I use this olevia tv as my main telivision
I use this olevia t.v as my main t.v in my living room. It has held up very well and i have had no problems at all even with my two year old wacking it here and there. i would most definately refer this product to friends and family. Read full review »
