Nice Bright Clear Display, Nice Colors
Pros
Nice picture, sound, case, everything looks good. Nice slim case.
Cons
Heavy! Control panel for making adjustments is goofy and limited.

The Bottom Line:
I would buy this TV again. Excellent picture, great colors and nice and bright. Sound is good and plenty of volume. Great value for the $
Everything I wanted and expected from a 65" TV. Audio has plenty of power. Olevia recommends the color temp be set at 6500k, but it looks terrible compared to leaving it set to Native. Bright display, good colors. I've watched a few of my DVD's with my 1080i HDMI connected DVD player. Star Trek Insurrection, Jurassic Park 3, Gone In 60 Seconds, and The 13th Warrior. I can tell a difference between playing the DVD at 480P and 1080I where with my old 47" LCD from LG, I really couldn't tell a difference. Standard analog TV stations look slightly worse; after all it's being blown up to 65" Not a problem though. The preset Audio Rock, Movie, Soft, etc aren't so great. I had to play with the settings a lot to get a nice sound. Remote buttons could use some backlighting. The layout of the remote buttons takes sometime to get used to. I would like to see more buttons on the remote to directly access some features. This 65" is actually not as Wide as a 60" LG I was looking at. Connectors on the back panel are on the right side as looking at it from the front. This makes it easier to get the TV close to a wall, etc than other TV's that come directly out the back. This is also nice as you can access them easily without moving the TV away from the wall or taking it off the wall mount display. Believe me, this thing is HEAVY; you don't want to move it any more than you have to. Overall I am VERY happy with this TV. The size is great; with my 1000-Watt home theater it's nearly a movie theater experience.
