Sound Problem!!!
Pros
Inexpensive, seemingly good quality for a very low price. Great customer service.
Cons
Having had the problem with two sets, it seems that the sound problem is model-wide.

I purchased this TV via an online vendor a few months ago. I was thrilled with the TV & price for a couple of months, until the sound on the TV cut out and wouldn't come back. I had a great experience dealing with Olevia's technical support, and received a new TV fairly quickly. I had the new set for about 3 weeks when the same thing happened again--I turned on the TV and the sound didn't work. Tech support and I went through everything we could think of both times--cables, settings, etc.--and can't find a user-related reason why this would happen. It has to be more than a coincidence, so despite the many good things about the TV for the price and the good customer service I have to advise against getting this set. The model seems to have some sort of sound problem that can't be fixed.
