The Bottom Line:
An excellent phone for those who prefer larger screens, accessable QWERTY buttons, reliable service & great options.
This is my second most favorite phone I have ever owned. I have had it over a year & love it. The flip/slide screen that reveals & protects the QWERTY board is great & the screen itself is big, bright & legible. One problem I have with contemporary phones is that they keep getting smaller & smaller & thankfully this is one phone going against the grain. I do compare it to carrying a brick (compared to previous phones) but the large typing keys & large viewscreen more than make up for any inconvenience. Of great import also are the added features of internet access (optional) & camera phone. This phone takes great pictures & has several features for adjusting exposure & lighting. With the internet I can also instantly upload my pics & save drive space. The games are fun also as well as the catalogue of available ringtones. The screensavers & wallpapers are not so great yet, but they add more all the time. The instant IM & MP3 player are easy to use. Battery time is very long! The only complaints I would have are that you have to buy simple programs like a calculator & navigating the settings for customization is not easy. I had the Sidekick ID first but quickly traded it in for this model & the extra pay more than compensates for the extra bang you get for your buck.
