I purchased the Sidekick III hoping for easy access to Email and Internet. Here are my issues
1. If someone sends you a picture message you have to log onto TMobile's website to retrieve it. You can't just open a picture message. When you do log onto the Tmobile website there is no caller ID with the picture so you might have no idea who sent it.
2. You also can't send a picture message. If you take a picture you can send it through email only, not to someones cell phone number
3. Yahoo Outlook and AIM mail aren't able to be sent to your Sidekick, you have to log onto the internet and sign into Yahoo or AOL to retrieve the email
