Pros
* Easy to use (for someone familiar with computers and phones)
Cons
Keyboard does not light up without pressing a button
Recommended it?
Yes
The Bottom Line:
i will still recommend this product.but only for business people and not like students etc.computers. however i have used this product it is user-friendly.
Overall, very solid phone.
-Full keyboard is a nice touch
-Windows mobile capability has kept me from losing all my information twice.
-Internet is awesome
However,
BEWARE of the touchscreen.
-While the touchscreen is nice, this is NOT a phone you can just put in your pocket and go. Using the password screen is a must to keep from accidentally messing up information.
-This phone is meant for Blue tooth use; without blue tooth or the stereo headset, talking on this phone is annoying.
-The camera has some issues that may have been (or will be) resolved with firmware upgrades.
-Closing programs did not actually close them, so extended use without going into settings and shutting down programs can slow the phone's performance
If you love touchscreen, go with the MDA. Otherwise, seriously consider the T-Mobile Dash
Pros
* Easy to use (for someone familiar with computers and phones)
* Easy to type (great keyboard; large buttons)
* Easy to connect to the Internet via WLAN (I did it for my home WLAN with a few clicks)
* Touch screen - a plus
Cons
* A bit bulky
* Some of the menu functions could be made easier
* Keyboard does not light up without pressing a button
