Toshiba SD-P2700 8.9 in. Portable DVD Player

2 weeks ago i bought this product according to link site of shopping.com when this item came to my hand it did not work properly as just scan DVD 5 or 10 minutes then stay still , i mean i used original DVD not copy one ,and i am sure that this item have defect from factory but why company still sell it out in the market and more when i call back to dealer to ask for replace new one they said that they only can repair for us no replacement.of course i am not happy because i pay money for brand new item not refurbished one and i am not sure my DVD last long after refurbishing from the company.this is the 1st time i was very upset when i buy stuff on line by shopping.com introduction.guys don't buy this product & have upset like i had. if you don't believe you can contact me to know the truth
