Great Beginner Telescope

Also Not Good
I purchased this telescope from a major regional sporting goods store for $50 (new in unopened box). The component quality is poor. The rise adjustment pivot block is designed incorrectly and does not provide a stable pivot point. The same hex head screw that holds the pivot in place also cinches... Read full review »
Not good
I got this telescope two years ago and I think I used it once. It is horrible for viewing stars or other celestial bodies. The only good thing about was it was good for viewing the moon. This was my first telescope and I have since bought a Meade which works much better. Read full review »
