Well i purchased this item hoping to hide all of my electronics. after setting up everything i found that this did not work very good. it seemed to work ok on the left side of my room but it would not work at all on the right side even if i pointed the unit directly at me. I am guessing that it must be picking up some sort of other frequency. DO NOT COMPLETELY RULE OUT THIS ITEM. I think this is something that you need to try in your own home. just remember to save the receipt.
