TomTom GO 910 Car GPS Receiver

my 910 was the first one I bought. Right away, it's easy to fall in love w/ this unit b/c it literally holds you by the hand and takes you were you need to go (as long as it can find your location within the unit). However, I've had to return the unit FIVE times already because it just TURNS OFF and doesn't want to turn back on! At the Best Buy department store, no one is ever available to tell you what's wrong w/ the product - they'll just keep replacing it b/c it's under a 4- year protection plan. I've even tried switching it w/ a GARMIN but for whatever reason, the Tom Tom Go 910 had me totally spoiled. I'll put it this way, If you like assitance to your destination, get a Garmin but if you want to be "hand held" to your destination, buy a Tom Tom.

I have NO idea why I'm only 1 of 3 reviews for this product and no one else has mentioned this turning off issue. I've stopped even trying to use the other features (mp3, picture files, etc.) because now, I just wish the darn thing would just turn on and off whenever it needs to. Beware!
