Good value as a kitchen TV. PC could be better.
Pros
Small and efficient package. All the appropriate inputs and outputs.
Cons
Screen won't go to sleep or shut off with PC. Requires manual OFF.

Three HDTV's in the house. This 19" is in the kitchen so it can be used as an HDTV and it has a PC attached. Sound and picture is OK for the price of the unit. I'm neutral on the value.
There is no AUTO-SHUTOFF when used with PC. Turn off the PC or if PC goes into standby, the Toshiba announces there is no input, but does NOT TURN OFF automatically! This is my biggest beef with this.
The unit is at desk level. Viewing from a slightly higher angle, the picture black level is not consistent. A direct viewing angle is OK.
I'm using the ATSC turner for OTA TV and outdoor antenna. Works OK. Tuner is a bit sensitive to overload (near/far issue), but once I padded down the input, it was OK on about 20 channels.
