Sony WEGA ain't got nothin on this!
Pros
AMAZING picture quality, room for all your videogame consoles, DVD players, etc.
Cons
No TV/Video button on the front
Recommended it?
Yes
The Bottom Line:
This tube still continues to amaze me after two years. Picture quality rivals that of HDTV sets. This is 20" of pure enjoyment - you will not be disappointed.
The one thing I absolutely love about this TV is the crispness of the picture. For gaming, nothing compares to this bright and clear television set. After playing Microsoft XBOX on this Toshiba, it was a little annoying/disappointing to play it on my friend's Sony WEGA flat screen. With the Toshiba, the edges are as smooth as can be, but edges and lines on the WEGA appear jagged or broken.
I really recommend a flat screen to anyone, there is little if no glare at all, and the picture appears much clearer.
I would really like to have seen a TV/Video button on the front of the set so I wouldn't have to find my remote just to press that one button. Also, there are codes in the operation manual to program the Toshiba remote to the cable box, VCR, etc., which is nice, but the code for my particular cable box didn't work at all, so I have two remotes to keep track of instead of just one.
Also, although the sound works fine, I'd recommend playing the sound through a stereo.
