The Bottom Line:
I would not recommend this TV based on my experience over the past two weeks...two TV's, two lemons. I think I will search for a more reliable product.
After doing my research, reading reviews and making back to back comparisons I decided the Toshiba was the way to go. A lot TV for the money and the picture was better than the Sony. I had read a couple of negative comments but I thought I would take my chances. Bad decision. In just over two weeks I've had two defective TV's. The first one used to pop off for no apparent reason. The second has vertical lines running accross the picture. I'm really not sure where to turn now. I may change to the Sony but feel I won't be happy with the picture. It's too bad Toshiba does not put the more effort into their quality control. Can't say I would recommend this TV. Too bad, it's otherwise a great product.
