Toshiba 51HX93 51 in. HDTV TV

I am disappointed with this set. The picture quality is good when it works. It often (perhaps once a month) experiences various problems with the tuner. I may loose audio, or it will "freeze" on one station's picture only changing audio as channels are changed. Sometimes the picture freezes completely. The only remedy is to unplug the set and "reboot" it. Additionally, the HD tuner from off air antenna is weak. Often when I try to change HD channels it will not switch. Sometimes I will get the message "digital signal is too low," which is what I would expect, but not overplaying the last HD signal. Furthermore, the TV uses two white bands on the right and left side when the TV signal is not full screen. Instead of being black, which would cause no issues, the white eventually burns in. This requires you to watch all signals, including old shows on DVD in full screen, which destorts the image. I would strongly recommend buying this set, especially used as it may have the side burn ins well under way. It has done this from the day I got it. Two technicians looked at it when it was under warranty, but just shrugged and said to unplug it when it erred.
