The TV works perfect. The remote does make a buzz when pressing buttons. TV guide; who the heck uses a TV guide? NO One! Just scroll through the channels until you find what you want. The TV guide comes from the cable CO anyways so it's not the TV's fault! When your TV shuts off it's time for a new DLP lamp. that's it. I'm not crasy about the remote but that's it; Picture is the best PERIOD.
Toshiba has the best tech support PERIOD. they answer the phone with a real person and send you out whatever you need. Try calling another TV company and see if you even get an english speaking person. Toshiba is the best. This is my second TV in 35 years and I should get another 25 out of this one which will make me about 80 years old. after that I won't be able to see... Go TOSHIBA!
