Toshiba 52HMX94 52 in. HDTV DLP TV

I ran into the same problems to those in other postings. The TV's remote control is always out of control and not working and TV always has strange behaviors once a while. Since I am a software developer, I know most the problems attribute to the bad software that is running the TV's operation. This is why one user suggests to turn off the TV for 10 minutes to fix any problems. This is a clear indication of bad software crash and you have to turn off the power to force the software program to abort in order to start over again. Also, the buit-in HD tv tuner was not fully tested before rushing into the market and it is not working properly. Overall, Toshiba built this product without due diligence. This is the trend for all Japanese products now days. All their reputations were built in 1980s. Now, they just salvage their products on their reputations and the quality deteriorate every year. I strongly recommend Samsung or other new comers.
