Great picture quality, easy to understand manual, great set of inputs, and it's size make this unit shine.
I do a lot of research before spending a lot of money on one thing. This purchase was no exception. The manual was easy to understand, very well thought out and easy on the eyes. The picture quality is amazing, lifelike, vivid, and DVD's using the component inputs are brilliant. The built in protector on the screen is almost perfectly flat. I have seen some other models where it is like a soup bowl and this one is far from that. The few complaints I have are easily overlooked. They are, this unit is not progressive scan, and even though it has one set of component video inputs, I would like another set. The sound quality of the speakers built into it isn't that great. Let's face it though, if you are buying a TV like this then you probably won't be using the built in speakers.
