Purchased online and received it. Very simple to set-up. Has the best picture of any HD I have seen. It is also 1080p as well as 1800i. I did call Toshiba about a very small problem and they sent me a software update on an SD card. I inserted the SD card into the card reader and it loaded and installed - PROBLEM FIXED!
