Toshiba 56MX195 56 in. SDTV DLP TV

We bought this t.v. two years ago. It worked great for about two months before it died. After two service visits from the store we bought it from, it was determined that the main board had died and there were no replacements available. So, the store offered to replace the entire t.v., which they did. Two weeks later the lamp burned out. Because it was less than a year old (the t.v., not the lamp) Toshiba replaced the lamp free of charge. I didn't even have to pay shipping. Replacing it was not difficult, I think it took me 10 minutes. The t.v. has been trouble free since, despite daily usage. I should point out that I run the lamp on low power all of the time; the picture is still good, though HD broadcasts don't jump out at you quite as well. The picture quality was comparable to the other DLP units in the store, though I am sure it is now inferior to the newer models. The sound from the speakers is the best I have ever gotten from a television, but then all the other t.v.s I have ever owned were on the lower end of the scale.
