It's a nice looking box with a very nice picture!
Cons
I've had 2, both produced noticeable white noise at low volume. My only disappointment!

No
I have had two of these and for the most part am happy. The audio makes a white noise "hissing" at low levels. I think audio design could be much better. Over all it's a good HDTV Wide Screen TV.
