Toshiba 57H93 57 in. HDTV CRT TV

I purchased this TV Nearly a Year Ago because of the Great price, Great Size, and having a wide viewing angle. Since my purchase the TV spent 6 Months in a Toshiba Certified Repair Center, and all I got was the runaround from both Toshiba and the Repair company. I finally got my TV back and It wouldnt even Power On! So I called Toshiba again and they said all you can do is to send it out to a different Repair Center. So I did. 3 Months later I the repair center says they dont know what is wrong with it and told me to tell Toshiba that they need to replace the TV. After about 2 weeks a Replacement TV was sent and that one didnt even work correctly. So I called Toshiba and they stated that I could either have it replaced or send it to repair. So I had them replace it yet again! When I got the THIRD tv from them It looked Great the very first day and then appeared a 1" Vertical bar on the left side of the screen and the Convergence wouldnt balance out. The following day the Red Picture tube wont even come on. So I called them and finally they stated they would give me a refund and that was the best they would do after 10 months of not having a TV! They wouldnt offer anything whatsoever other than to have the TV sent in for repair or my money back(I lost about $200 because I paid for a 4 Year Warranty which they said that they would do nothing about)! So overall There customer support is terrible! They dont stand behind the products that they sell! I would recommend staying away from Toshiba at all costs when it comes to TV's.
