Toshiba 57H93 57 in. HDTV CRT TV

We purchase a Toshiba for football season. Two weeks after purchase the picture had red streaks, the streaks grew, until we lost the picture and sound. We called Toshiba for help. They sent out a service person right away. However, we have now been waiting three and a half months for a part to come in. The people in the service department have not been any help. (avoid Nick he is rude and mean.) They refuse to exchange our television or give a refund. All they will say is, "We will get back to you in 2-3 business days," or, "This is all we can offer you." We think 3 and a half months is too long to wait, the service people even agree that it is too long of a time but refuse to help us. I would not purchase a Toshiba if I were you. Maybe we'll have it back in time for the Super Bowl???
