Have to admit that I am very disappointed with this product. This is by far the largest amount that I have ever spent on a television and it was a very bad decision. I love this TV. I've had it for one year with no problems. We have it on soooo often. Our house was voted on to watch the superbowl at. Awesome picture clarity from all angles, distances and heights. NEVER AGAIN !!
THE LAMP WENT OUT TWICE AFTER JUST 6 MONTHS OF LIGHT USE.
TOSHIBA DELAYED GETTING PARTS TO THE SERVICE COMPANY.
NON-RESPONSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER AS MY PREVIOUS TOSHIBA PURCHASE HAD A HORRIBLE PICTURE.

We purchased the Toshiba model 62HM95 62" TV 01/13/06 and it was a pleasure to watch until JUNE '08. Problem was easily solved with lamp replacement, which was covered under extended service.

WORST TV EVER!
So- it's been three weeks now since I talked to Toshiba about my lamp going out. The lamp arrived 9 days later but guess what? It didn't work!
