Pleasurable Player/recorder
Pros
Cable box control, DVD-RAM instead of Tivo or harddrive, PIP though limited
Cons
No CD text, falls short as MP3 player, doesn't allow cable box control during playback.

Yes
An excellent player and recorder for its price. Sound and video quality is quite good. Remote needs a mute button.
