After 12 years, our last VCR gave up the ghost. I haven't purchased a new VCR in quite a while and didn't want to spend much. I found the Toshiba M675 at Best Buy for $139.00 and what a deal. 4 head Hi-Fi Stereo, Front and Rear mounted A-V Jacks. This was what I was looking for.
I took the unit home and found installation simple. Most functions could be handled on a multi-function remote, the exception bing Line in selection. This is a necessary function in our house due to the Nintendo Units and is really a lot easier to work with than the last. We hooked up the N64 to the rear Jacks, and if the kids want to use the Super Nintendo, or a friends player, they use the front jacks. Very Easy.
The Audio and Video quality are good. The unit has auto tracking and so far has always set correctly.
A good choice. I would buy it again if needed.
