We bought one, were very unhappy with the response time on the controls. You press a button and nothing happens - very frustrating. We returned it, thinking it was defective, and had the same problems - and worse. Before too long it started locking up when trying to play a DVD, requiring a power down. Product started off bad and got nothing but worse.
