Toshiba SD-P1900 9 in. Portable DVD Player

I did my homework on this item and thought I had purchased a quality product, HAH! This "thing" worked about 4 times and now all I get is "invalid disc". Well, I've tried the same disc again and I get the same code over and over...how can it play two or three times and then all of a sudden it's "invalid"? I've tried other discs [none bootleg or homemade], ALL come up "invalid disc", I've lost total faith in Toshiba for producing an item they know is going to fail [90 days on labor]. That's usually called a "Tailight Guarantee", it's only good till the tailights are still in view! I paid 170.00 for this "doorstop", and that's an insult to doorstops EVERYWHERE! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT! YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! It will cost more to repair than it is worth! If they had a lower product rating than one star, for instance, a negative rating, I would choose that.
