Toshiba SD-P1400 7 in. Portable DVD Player

This is my fourth portable DVD player. The first was an RCA that only lasted 1 day, the second was an Audiovox that lasted about a month, the third was a Mintek (which I still have after 2 years and just gave to a friend), now I have this one...and i must say, this Toshiba portable is the best I have had so far. The credit-card sized remote is nice and small and is full-functioned. However, you can access all the settings from the unit itself, which most other brands can only be accessed from the remote. All of the other players I have had in the past had some problems playing certain DVD discs...this one so far has not had any problem. Built-in double earphone jack is a big plus. The battery is a little awkward though jutting out the back, rather than clipping underneath like others I had. Also, the sound does not go as loud as I would like, but overall, this is a great little player.
