Worth buying if you get a good price
I recently purchased this portable DVD player with a few upcoming trips in mind this year. I have yet to take it on a plane, so I can not comment on the in-flight use, other than to say it's size is rather large, but manageable.

An excellent choice for a portable DVD player
The unit is slim and rugged. The picture quality is crystal clear and the sound is more than adequate. Bought one of those cassette tapes that connect into the headphone slot on the unit and plugged it into the car cassette player and am able to hear the movie on all the car's speakers. Great DVD player... Recommended!
I don't have much to say about this DVD player. It has really good picture, and the sound is very sharp. The screen is about 8.9 inches which is amazing for the price.
