Toshiba TW65H80 TV

This is a great RPTV for the money. I was out to a buy a Sony projection TV when i was pointed to this beauty. I purchased it right on the spot the only RPTV that had a better picture was the Pioneer Elite but it also was 3,000 dollars more it wasn't worth it. This Widescreen TV is not worth buying if you watch mostly NTSC programming because you will get 2 black bars on each side. It is only worth buying if you watch mostly DVDs i only watch about 1 hour of TV max and about 5 dvds a week so went with the widescreen and i definety recommend this TV to everyone. I also just bought a toshiba sd-5109 progressive scan DVD player and i must say the picture looks 3d it is absolutly breathtaking i had to pinch myself because i was so amazed by the picture quality. If you buy this TV you must buy a progressive scan DVD player it is definetly worth the extra money. If you buy this TV do not use Cable TV that is the only downside to this tv. Cable is horrible you must get a satallite system to be able to tolerate TV this is the only downside to this TV otherwise this is the best widescreen RPTV for the money.
