I thought the picture was great compared to an Aoki set that is three years old, but then I noticed there's a scrolling horizontal line that moves from the bottom to the top of the screen. When I called for servicing, I was informed that you can't replace the panel (the likely culprit) on any of the Toshiba 32 inch models and that I should exchange this for a different brand like a Panasonic or Sony, which allows for panels to be replaced. I am quite dissapointed.
