Great laptop - highly recommended

Yes
I've had this laptop for about 2 weeks and have had no problems. Works great right out of the box. I was very concerned about the glossy screen, but it's not as bad as I had anticipated. My old laptop had a matte (non reflective/glossy) screen, but finding laptops with that option are considerably more expensive.
I bought it new at Newegg.com for $499.99 with no taxes and free shipping. That was cheaper than I could get it direct from Toshiba.
This also has Vista 32-bit, which is what I wanted. Some programs and peripherals are not 64 bit ready.
One thing that I don't like is the touch pad. It's flush with the case and it's easy to lose track of the mouse pointer because your finger will "wander" off the touch pad. It needs to be recessed a little bit for better tactile feel.
