About a week ago I upgraded my laptop from a 2 year old HP to the Toshiba Qosmio. A better decision I could not have made. I was looking for a substantial laptop with great specs and a very nice display. I have found everything I was looking for with the Qosmio.
You get a 1440x900 pixel display which is amazingly crisp. The black text on white background will blow your mind. You can play high definition videos that work perfectly. The audio capabilities are just as good, even with the default sound card.
The keyboard is nice and easy on your hands, and has many nice features including a slick volume knob, some convenient multimedia buttons, and two awesome speakers.
The Qosmio also comes with high definition cables, and pretty much every input/output you could possibly want. As well as a dvd-rw disc drive.
Also included are tv capabilities. You can plug your computer right into your cable box and have dvr abilities. You can record cable television shows as well as pause and rewind.
